Irpin: Milwaukee’s Sister City

Milwaukee and Irpin, Ukraine signed a formal Sister City agreement to foster friendship and collaboration between the two municipalities on March 15, 2018. The ceremony followed the December 19, 2017 Common Council resolution that established the Sister City relationship.
