Hundreds of game enthusiasts attended the Midwinter Gaming Convention on January 16 at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center. The activities included live action role-playing (LARP), custom combat gaming (CCG), role-playing games (RPG) and all variety of traditional board games. Publishers were also on hand with new productions to let the public test the game play. As is the custom at such events, visitors dressed as their game characters.
