Charter Communications, Inc. recently announced that Digital Bridge, a Milwaukee nonprofit that helps connect underserved individuals with technology and broadband access, was among the winners of its second round of Spectrum Digital Education grants, a philanthropic initiative designed to support nonprofit organizations that educate community members on the benefits of broadband and how to use it to improve their lives. Rosa Parks honored with open seat on every MCTS bus for her contribution to equal rights

The Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) is keeping a seat open and placing a red rose on every bus from November 30 through December 2 to honor the life of Rosa Parks and her contribution to equal rights.
