New program offers students completely online undergraduate degree from Marquette

Marquette University announced on May 20 that it was accepting applications for a new online Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication program, marking the launch of the university’s first fully online undergraduate degree program. Blue Star program offers military families free summer visits to Milwaukee Art Museum

The Art Museum will participate in the annual Blue Star Museums program, a collaboration among the National Endowment of the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense and more than 2,000 museums in the United States. Coastal flooding and shoreline erosion expected along Lake Michigan region until end of 2019

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, announces that record high water levels are forecasted on several of the Great Lakes over the next six months. Due to recent wet conditions, the six month water level forecast now predicts higher forecasted water level peaks this summer. The forecasted water levels on Lakes Superior, St. Clair and Erie are all expected to break records set in the early 1950s and middle 1980s.
