Second Wisconsin court issues injunctions blocking laws passed in legislative power grab

A Dane County Circuit Court judge ruled on March 26 in favor of Wisconsin unions, in their lawsuit challenging the Republican Legislature’s unconstitutional power grab during the last days of former Governor Scott Walker’s Administration. The U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement has arrested 83 people across Wisconsin since September 2018.
