Great TV Auction celebrates half a century of fun and fundraising

This year is the golden anniversary of a beloved Milwaukee tradition, as the Great TV Auction celebrates a half century. Over the last 50 years, southeastern Wisconsin has embraced this unique, live, on-air fundraiser for Milwaukee PBS, growing from 250 volunteers and a handful of donors in its first year, to thousands of volunteers and donors today. Sherman Phoenix project gets $250K from Milwaukee County and WEDC grant

Milwaukee County has received a $250,000 state grant to support construction of The Sherman Phoenix, an entrepreneurial and wellness hub in Milwaukee’s Sherman Park neighborhood. Diverse & Resilient selected for PrideFest’s Plus One charity campaign

Milwaukee Pride recently announced that Diverse & Resilient was picked as the 2018 beneficiary of the PrideFest Plus One campaign, a fundraising program that supports local LGBTQ health and wellness. Founded in 1995, Diverse & Resilient strives to address and overcome the health disparities experienced by Wisconsin’s LGBTQ people.
