Sherman Phoenix development closes to within last 10% of $4M funding goal

“As the two-year anniversary approaches of Sylville Smith’s tragic death and the unrest that followed, this inspiring project is more than a symbolic rising from the ashes as the innovative project begins transforming the entire neighborhood.” – The Sherman Phoenix, Part II

A new video released by the development team highlights a few of the tenants, neighbors, and leadership involved with the project, as well as additional businesses that have rallied behind the project. Now in its final stage of awareness-building and philanthropic efforts, Sherman Phoenix is just $300,000 away from their $4 million goal.
