A new study of pedestrian and bicycle travel suggests investment in infrastructure and policies to encourage walking and biking is correlated with lower rates of pedestrian and bicyclist dеаths. Dragon Boats set to race across Veterans Park lagoon

Milwaukee Chinese Community Center will present the fifth Milwaukee Dragon Boat Festival at Milwaukee County’s Veterans Park on August 12. The event showcases Chinese culture and tradition with dragon boat racing as the main attraction. Boerner Botanical Gardens will host the world-class lantern festival “China Lights: The Magic Returns” from September 22 to October 22 in Hales Corners.
